We will accept damaged merchandise for exchange or credit. If your purchase has defects or errors, please email the information with your order number located on your packing slip for exchange or credit. Customer Service will issue a return authorization number. This RA number must be on the outside of the returned box.
Credits may take up to 6 weeks to process without the RA number on the package. Returns must be made within 30 days. We will charge a 10% restocking fee on all returns that are not defective or damaged.
